The retailer used to support its EPoS internally, but as the business began to expand it decided to outsource the maintenance. James Atkinson, IT and operations manager at Footasylum, comments: “We were impressed with the team’s approach and the business had a similar feel of our own organisation. We also had positive feedback after conversations with existing Vista customers. Although we only have 34 lanes we can’t afford any downtime of our EPoS lanes. Our products are much in demand and if our tills were down for an hour it would have a big impact on our operation.”
