The online bathroom retailer has introduced user generated recommendations across its site to automate product merchandising for 3,500 lines. “Automating merchandising has meant we can now expose our customers to far more products than was ever previously possible,” says Ted Charalambides, managing director at SplashDirect.com. “In the first few weeks of trading with Avail we have seen a remarkable return on investment with increases in both conversion rates and average order values.
