It's no longer a subject for debate. With a quarter of all retailing set to take place online within the next 10 years, traditional retailers need to become multi-channel. But in many ways they are dealing with a deceptively easy concept: easy to explain but often hard to put into practice. With this in mind, an agenda for our 2010 Summit has been formulated and will cover the following areas:
